Spring is in the air and it's time for
something fun and different in school portraits! Students and Parents
alike love our unique Personality Portrait program which provides a more casual
and personalized picture style that allow students to capture a bit of their own
special personality by wearing a favorite outfit, using special props, or even
taking pictures with their friends with optional "Buddy Pictures"... Spring is a perfect time for letting your students enjoy a more casual, personalized portrait and our unique Personality Portraits programs can provide the perfect answer... Using a background different from fall pictures and letting the students personalize their portraits by wearing a favorite outfit or sport uniform, and including optional prop choices, personality portraits are a big hit! Kids love them and enjoy being able to trade them with friends and classmates while parents love them on walls at home and work, in purses and wallets, and grandparents or distant relatives look forward to seeing how their favorite family members are growing each year. Most Personality Portraits are done as a Multi-Pose Proof program, so there is no charge to be photographed and parents can examine the images before ordering. We also offer a special "Buddy Portraits" Program (Pre-Paid only) for older students which allows them to be photographed with a best buddy or even in small groups of their best friends together and everyone in the picture gets a print for themselves!
To have a Personality Portraits Program for your school, we will work with you in advance to help you decide what background choice and other options you want to offer students in order to make your Spring picture day a custom designed event and big success for your school. As usual, we offer schools a generous commission on Spring Portraits, so they can be a helpful fundraiser for your school or group. Utilizing the latest in professional digital photographic technology designed specially for working in a school environment, our portable studio is set-up on location at your school and individual students are photographed quickly and professionally. We strive to be sure that every single student truly enjoys the experience of being photographed, feeling great about themselves afterwards thanks to family values based positive and self esteem boosting comments we share with them during photography. We usually photograph personality portraits against a different background than fall portraits, and schools can request the background of their choice in advance. Some background choices allow for full length (full body) portraits, so if you wish to include those in your portraits, we will help direct you to the proper background choices. Personality Portraits are generally offered as a MULTI-POSE PROOF program, where every eligible student is photographed individually and quickly provided proofs on an order form to take home to parents who return orders to the school. There is no sitting fee or upfront charge for photography services and parents decide what exactly they want to order once they view the proofs. Final portraits are delivered back to the school a few weeks later. School commission rates from this program are chosen by the school and are paid after a minimum sales amount has been met and all final portraits are delivered back to the school. The "BUDDY PORTRAITS" Program is structured differently - it is only offered as a PRE-PAY program where each student pays a fee at time of photography and then everyone in the entire group each gets a final portrait of that group With our pre-shoot guidance and just a little pre-planning and preparation ahead of time, your photo day can run smoother than ever as Eric applies special techniques and systems adapted from the many years he spent photographing hundreds of school children daily to your school picture day. His extensive experience working with students of all ages coupled with his artistic eye and humorous, laid back style helps assure that each portrait day runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
